Savoury Chicken Quiche

2 cups chicken fillet cubed small cook in about ¼ cup ghee or less and add 1 tsp or more crushed green chillies, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp ground black pepper and ¼ tsp arad…cook until tender… must be sort of dry and cool

Add the following

1 cup cubed green peppers

1 cup cubed tomatoes

1 cup cubed onion

1 cup grated cheese

Mix it all with chicken than beat 2 eggs with

2-tab flour and add to the chicken mixture keep aside.

Buy any roll of puff pastry makes no difference as long as its puff pastry and using a flower cutter cut out big flower or circular shapes that cover a muffin pan.

Add spray n cook the pan place one disc on each section and drop a spoonful of chicken mixture in each pastry cup. Sprinkle some tal or mixed herbs or even a sprinkle. If cheese and bake at 180 until pastry edges look crisp about 10 or 15 minutes.
