1 cup oats
½ cup coconut
½ cup whole almonds
½ cup sesame seeds
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup raisins – optional
½ cup honey
¼ cup syrup
¼ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
Method :
Mix together oats, coconut, almonds, seeds and raisins. Beat honey, syrup, oil and vanilla with an electric beater. Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients and stir well until well coated. Spread evenly on a well greased pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown on 180 degrees. Cool completely and break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
