500g rump bone
1 sliced onion
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp coarse dhania
1 cup oats
1 tsp red chillies
1 tsp ginger and garlic
1 tsp jeera
1 weetbix
Add cup soupmix boiled
A few pepper, elachi, cinnamon and clove
Add masala to meat. Braise onions in ¼ cup ghee or oil. Add spiced mat and cook till dry. Then add oats and weetbix and fill the pot with water. Let the soup boil for at least two hrs until its of consistency of haleem. Before serving make vagaar and top soup with dhania, mint, shallot, and gharam masala.
