1 med chicken, cut in half
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic paste
½ tsp chilli garlic paste
1 tsp red chillies
1 tsp crushed cumin
1 tsp lemon pepper
1tsp salt
4 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup tomato pureee
Method:
Score the chicken on one side in a criss cross pattern.
Heat olive oil in a pan and braise garlic paste and chilli garlic paste.
Add the spices, lemon juice and tomato puree.
Marinade chicken in tomato puree mixture for 4-5 hours.
Cook chicken on high heat for 5 minutes and then add ¾ cup water.
Lower heat and cook on medium low heat, basting all the time, until chicken is tender.
