Spinach and feta stuffed peri-peri chicken fillet

This recipe measurement is eyeballed.
Slit chicken fillets open.. butterflied.
Marinate chicken fillets in a paste made with peri peri spice tandoori tikka, Whatever you have will work,
salt to taste garlic paste,
and lemon juice.

stuff with baby spinach leaves and feta cheese cubes, use your discretion for the amounts}’ drizzle with olive oil then bake in the air fryer or oven for 20 minutes. it should be nice and grilled but also chicken should be cooked through. serve with baked potato or chips.
