60g butter
1 big tin cream style sweet corn
1 large onion chopped
2 eggs well beaten
½ tsp dhana jeero powder
1 tsp chillie powder
1 tsp salt + ¼ tsp Arad powder
1 large bunch spinach
½ cup oil
¼ cup mielie meal
¼ cup chana flour
¼ cup cake flour
1cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
• Wash drain and chop spinach well
• Rub butter in flour, mielie meal,chana flour and baking powder
• Add sweet corn and spinach to the mixture along with the spices
• Add beaten egg, milk and oil. Mix well. grease a casserole and pour mixture in
• Bake at 180c oven for 30 to 40 minutes. when done serve hot with chutneys
