Kebaab
½ kg chicken mince
1½ Tsp green chilies
1½ Tsp ground garlic
½ bunch green dhania (chopped)
1 Tsp ground jeeroo
1½ Onion (grated)
1½ Tsp salt
¼ Tsp arad
½ Tsp ground dhana
Pinch of nutmeg
Steak
¾ kg thinly sliced steaks
1½ Tsp green chillies
1 Tsp ground garlic
1Tsp ground dhana
2 Tab coconut
1 Tsp ground jeeroo
1 Tsp salt
Butter
Lemon juice
½ Tsp red chillies
½ Tsp crushed garlic
Method
Mix all the kebab ingredients together and form into oblong logs.
Marinate steaks in the remainder of the ingredients.
Roll the oblong logs into pieces of the steaks.
Pin each with a toothpick.
Place in a nice flat pot with ½ cup water and some butter and cook on low heat for +- 1hour, when nearly done add some lemon juice, garlic and red chillies.
