500g prawns, shelled and deveined
5 ml salt
5 ml white pepper
5 ml paprika
45 ml cooking oil
Lemon juice
Lemon wedges for garnishing
Wash and drain prawns, then sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Heat oil in a frying pan over moderate heat and stir ? fry prawns for about 5 minutes before serving, season with lemon juice and garnish with lemon wedges.
