1 litre milk
2 eggs
2 tblsp taystee wheat
2 tblsp corn flour/maziena
4 tblsp water
1 x 397g tin condense milk
1 x 155g tin cream
1tsp strawberry essence
1 tsp rose pink colouring
Strawberries chopped
1.Beat eggs, taystee wheat and milk together.
2.Make a paste with corn flour and water. Add to above mixture and bring to boil.
3.Remove mixture from heat.
4.Add condensed milk, cream, essence and colouring.
5.Beat well and pour into serving dish or small bowls.
6.Decorate with strawberries.
