Sweetcorn potato bake recipe (22.09.12)

½ ONION SLICED
½ TSP WHOLE JEERA
2 -3 GREEN CHILLIES – CUT UP
1 TBLSP BUTTER/OIL
1 X 420g CREAMSTYLE SWEETCORN
4-5 MEDIUM POTATOES THAT HAS BEEN BOILED, PEELED AND SLICED IN TO ROUNDS
1 CUP FRESH CREAM
GRATED CHEESE – OPTIONAL
FRY ONION IN BUTTER/OIL WITH ½ TSP WHOLE JEERA AND GREEN CHILLIES
ADD SWEETCORN AND COOK FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES
 
AT THE BOTTOM OF A PYREX DISH POUR ½ OF SWEETCORN, SPRINKLE SOME SALT AND PEPPER THEN LAYER THE POTATOE SLICES AND POUR THE OTHER ½ OF THE SWEETCORN.
SPRINKLE SOME SALT AND PEPPER OVER SWEETCORN AGAIN AND POUR FRESHCREAM OVER AND GRATED CHEESE.
BAKE IN PRE – HEATED OVEN 180c FOR 10 -15 MINUTES.
