INGREDIENTS
1 CHICKEN
HALF TIN TOMATOE PUREE
1 TBLSP RED GINGER GARLIC MASALA
2 TSP SALT
1 ½ TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
¼ TSP TURMERIC
1 TSP DHANIA POWDER
1 TSP JEERO POWDER
2 TBLSP LEMON JUICE
METHOD
MARINATE THE ABOVE FOR AN HOUR AND COOK CHICKEN IN GHEE.
ONCE CHICKEN IS COOKED LAY IN OVEN TRAY AND MAKE THE FOLLOWING SAUCE SAUCE
3 TBLSP OLIVE OIL
A LITTLE KNOB OF BUTTER
1 TBLSP CRUSHED GARLIC
1 TBLSP RED CHILLIE POWDER
1 TBLSP CRUSHED RED CHILLI POWDER
1 TBLSP LEMON JUICE
COOK SAUCE FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES THEN POUR OVER CHICKEN.
GRILL CHICKEN FOR 10 MINUTES.
SERVE WITH CHIPS AND SALADS.
