3 cups flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp bicarb
1 tblsp oil
1 tsp sugar
• Make dough with all ingredients and lukewarm water.
• Knead dough for 10 min (VERY IMPORTANT TO KNEAD FOR 10 MIN)
• Leave to rise, once risen spread dough on tawa
• Put tawa on hot stove then grill in hot oven.
• Tawa and oven have to be hot before making rotis.
