Tandoori fish

Ingredients
1 Large Fish
2 tsp Crushed Garlic
2 tsp Red Chillies
1 tsp Salt
2 tblsp Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Tandoori Masala
4 tblsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Black Pepper
4 tblsp Yoghurt
2 tblsp oil  

Method
•  Wash & drain Fish
•  Slash the fish diagonally on either side, three times
•  Mix all the ingredients together and marinate fish for 2/3 hours
•  Wrap in foil and bake in oven 200c for ½ an hour or braai over coals.
