1 TBLSP GHEE, 1 TSP SALT, 1TSP GINGER GARLIC MASALA, ½ TSP DHANIA POWDER, ½ TSP JEERA POWDER, ½ TSP CRUSHED RED CHILLIES. COOK FOR ABOUT 10 TO 15 MINUTES UNTIL STEAK ARE ABIT SOFT. DICE 1 ONION AND 1 GREEN PEPPER AND ADD TO STEAK. ADD 1 TBLSP OF WORCESTER SAUCE AND 1 TBLSP BLACK VINEGAR. ADD TO STEAK AND COOK UNTIL ALL THE WATER IS BURNT OUT AND STEAKS ARE DONE. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD 2 LARGE CURRY SPOONS OF STEERS PERI PERI SAUCE AND 2 LARGE CURRY SPOONS OF TOMATOE SAUCE. ALSO ADD 3 LARGE CURRY SPOONS OF CRYSTAL SAUCE. MIX WELL. THEN; MAKE THIN CHIPS WITH ABOUT 3 OR 4 POTATOES, FRY CHIPS AND ADD TO STEAK. MAKE SANDWICHES WITH STAEAK AND CHIPS AND TOAST. ENJOY. N.B. ANY SAUCES OF YOUR CHOICE CAN BE USED FOR THIS RECIPE.LETTUCE, TOMATOES, CUCUMBERS AND CHEESE CAN ALSO BE ADDED TO YOUR SANDWICHES.
