2 cups cubed chicken fillet
1 tsp red ginger garlic masala
1 tsp fine dhania
1 tsp fine salt
½ tsp arad – turmeric
1 dessertspoon lemon juice
METHOD
Add the ingredients to chicken. Marinate and cook on medium heat until all the water has evaporated.
VEGETABLE INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups mixed vegetable – frozen
½ cup frozen whole corn
½ cup frozen peas
2 dessertspoons crushed green chillies
1 tsp fine dhania
1 tsp jeero
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 level dessertspoon lemon juice
½ cup greens – dhania, mint, spring onions – finely chopped
3 medium potatoes – boiled with skin, remove skin and mash
METHOD
Boil mixed vegetables, corn and peas, on medium heat approx 7 to 8 minutes. Remove, strain and dry the vegetables on a cloth. Mash vegetables slightly. It must not be fine. Add all the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add chicken and mash potatoes to vegetables and mix well. Make balls and flatten them slightly. Dip in egg and fry in hot oil. Shallow oil just covering the kebabs, or dip in egg and roll in crumbs and fry
