4 – 5 pieces of white chicken
½ tsp ginger garlic
½ onion sliced
2 Tbsp ghee
1 tsp lemon pepper or white pepper
½ tsp turmeric powder
Method:
Braise onions, add chicken with rest of ingredients. Braise till well coated with spices. Add 2 cups of water boil meat until its mushy. Add 1 pkt mix vegetable soup. Add to soup 2 Tbsp vermicelli, add water as required and boil for two minutes, add thyme to flavour.
Variation: Sweet corn soup
Braise chicken as above. Add 1 can liquidized cream styled sweet corn with ¼ cup rice noodles or ½ cup noodles. Add thyme before serving. Salt to taste.
