Topped with a hazel nut Ganache sauce
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp cocoa
3 tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essense
Method
Sift all the dry ingredients together. Mix eggs, oil vanilla essence, mix together. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients add the egg mixture, n stir add in the water using a whisk to make a smooth batter. Take a microwave Pyrex spray with cook n spray pour your batter in and cook in the microwave for 6 minutes on high. Leave in the microwave for 1 minute to rest then remove. Let it cool and decorate them.
