Chicken filling for pies
Make vagaar with ghee only. Marinate chicken fillet with green masala ,salt ,chicken spice , salt and mustard powder .Cook chicken with all these ingredients then add about 2 tblsp of sago which u soak in water for a while Lastly add green chutney ,mustard sauce and lemon juice Cut greens and fill pies.
Chicken sausage rolls
1/2kg mushrooms chopped and sauteed in salt,pepper and olive oil 1kg chicken mince, 1/2 cup spring onions, 2eggs, 1 ½ tsp lemon pepper ,green masala,1 ¼ cups fresh bread crumbs, ½ cup chopped parsley ,2 tsp salt,1 tsp black pepper
Method:Mix everything together and fill as for sausage rolls Enjoy.
Spinach, Feta and Cheese Filling for Pies
1/2 kg chicken fillet 1 tab green masala ,1 tsp chicken spice ,salt and pepper ,2tab lemon juice ,2 tsp garlic flakes
Cook everything together then add about a tblsp of sago and cook for about 5 more minutes In another pot cook spinach with salt pepper ,1 onion and butter Let all the water burn out and add to chicken mixture When completely cold crumble feta cheese and a little white cheese and fill as desired.
