SOFT PURIE RECIPE
Ingredients:
3 cups cake flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp butter
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
Method:
Mix together dry ingredients and add butter. Warm together milk and water add into flour and make a soft dough. Roll thicker than roti and fry in hot oil. Purees stay soft and fluffy for days.
