Ingredients
600 grams fresh hake
3tbls melted butter
3tblsp green chilli
2tbls crushed garlic
salt
2 tsp lemon pepper
Mix melted butter green chilli, garlic, salt, lemon pepper n marinate fillets cut fillets into chunks. Leave to marinate for a while and bake for 20 minutes on 180 degrees
Sauce
2 tbls butter
1 cup mayo
1 tsp red chilli powder
100ml fresh cream
1 bottle Nandos bushveld peri peri sauce mix the above ingredient and give it one boil on stove once fish is baked thorough sauce over and bake further 15 minutes. Serve with savory rice
