1 whole onion chopped fine
Fry in olive oil
Add 2 tsp crushed garlic
Add chopped green chillies
Add cubed chicken fillet
1 tblsp bbq spice
1 tsp black pepper
Salt
Add 1 punnet sliced mushrooms
Cook till mushrooms are done.
Add pasta
250ml fresh cream
Garnish with parsley and green chilli
