Spicy Masaledar Biryani

In a pan heat oil, add cumin seeds, fried onions, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, fresh tomato liquidised, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and just

2 Tblspn of any Biryani Masala

I use (Shaan Bombay Biryani Masala)

Mix this masala and cook well.

In the meat time take your chicken/meat and

boil it with salt and turmeric/arad keep some of the water from this aside.

Now add this meat/chicken to our prepared masala mix well add some water that u kept aside…mix well and let this cook a little.

Lastly add some yogurt, chopped fresh coriander, mint n whole green chilies and biryani masala is ready .

Potatoes can be fried…before hand

For rice I use Dawat Basmati Rice

Soak it for 10 to 15 minutes Boil it with salt

and boil it 80% add 1 lemon juice while its boiling, strain it and now layer biryani give good steam on medium to slow flame and biryani is ready to serve, serve it with onion raita, Lassi some fried papad and enjoy
