6 granny smith apples
4Tbsp sugar
1 cup water
1 ½ cup banana roughly chopped
4 Tbsp rasins
1 Tbsp cornflour, mixed with 1 Tbsp water
Topping:
1 1/5 cup of jungle oats
1 Tbsp soft brown sugar
1/3 cup slivered almonds
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Tbsp sunflower seeds
2Tbsp Honey
1 Egg white
Preheat oven to 180 C. Peel and core apples and place in pot with sugar and water on low heat. Cover and cook for 6 min until tender. Add banana chunks and cook for 1 min. Add cornflour to fruit mix and cook over low heat for 1 min. Spoon into oven proof dish and set aside. Mix topping ingredients and scatter evenly over fruit base. Bake for 20 to 25 min, until golden brown and crunchy
