Ingredients:
180g strawberry juice
170g chopped fresh strawberries
70g lemon juice
50g granulated sugar
10g chopped basil leaves
4g agar-agar powder
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine the strawberry juice, lemon juice, sugar, and chopped basil. Bring to a boil.
Add the agar-agar and boil for one minute, whisking constantly.
Add the chopped fresh strawberries.
Pour the mixture into the small half-sphere molds and freeze until solid.
