2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 cup flour
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 t baking powder
1 t vanilla essence
1/3 cup of brown sugar
Half t salt
Half t cinnamon powder
2 tart apples cored, peeled and chopped
Method:
- Lightly beat eggs, milk and oil in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the dry ingredients .do not overdid.
- Fold in the apples Pour into muffin pan dividing batter equally
- Sprinkle oats Bake at 180 for 15-20 minutes or until cooked .
