3 tablespoons butter
½ cup castor sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup flour
½ cup milk
1 tin apples (cut up into cubes)
ground cinnamon
Method :
– Beat butter and castor sugar well.
– Add eggs, one at a time.
– Add vanilla essence and beat.
– Add flour and milk and lastly baking powder.
– Pour into greased baking pan.
– Spread apples over and sprinkle cinnamon.
– Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees C for ½ hour.
Sauce :
125 ml fresh cream
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
– Boil above until thick and syrupy.
– Pour over baked cake and decorate with pecan nuts.
