Ingredients
4 eggs
3 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
6 teaspoon baking powder
2 cup Desiccated coconut
250g margarine
To make syrup
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Boil to make syrup
Add rose color pink
Glacing
1 cup icing sugar
Add coloring
2 table spoon water
Make into a paste
This makes the glacing stick to the cakes together
Method
Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add 1 egg at time. Sift in the dry ingredients. Make into a batter and put into piping bag. Pipe small blobs into baking tray 2cm wide. Leave space to expand. Bake for 20 min Stick together. Allow to cool. Add into the syrup and then add coconut to decorate
