1 PKT MARIE BISCUITS
5 oz’s MELTED BUTTER
1 TIN CONDENSE MILK
4 EGGS SEPARATED
1 ½ LEVEL TSPS MAZIENA
½ CUP LEMON JUICE
METHOD
CRUSH MARIE BISCUITS VERY FINELY WITH A ROLLING PIN. ADD MELTED BUTTER AND MIX TOGETHER. LINE A GREASED SPRING FOAM PAN AND PAT MARIE BISCUIT MIXTURE EVENLY IN PAN. IN A SEPARATE DISH BEAT THE 4 EGG YOLKS, MAZIENA, CONDENSE MILK AND LEMON JUICE. MIX WELL AND ADD WELL BEATEN EGG WHITES TO THIS MIXTURE. POUR MIXTURE INTO PREPARED BISCUIT MIX. SPRINKLE SOME CRUSHED MARIE BISCUITS ON TOP OF MIXTURE AND BAKE IN AN OVEN OF 180c UNTIL DONE. LEAVE IN PAN AND ALLOW TO COOL.
