1 tin cream
Fresh Malai
3 eggs
3 Tbsp ghee
3 tsp baking powder
Enough flour to make a dough
Extra ghee & flour for smearing & sprinkling.
Beat everything except flour until fluffy and creamy work in flour to make a soft pliable dough.
Divide dough into 10 rotis and roll out very thin. Smear tops of roti, sprinkle with flour and pile one on top of the other and bake until done.
Pour a Tbsp of ghee while baking.
Filling: Mawa, Coconut, elachi, almond, pistachos, charoli, sultana, condensed milk to sweeten.
