Bar One Cake (10.02.2011)

Step 1
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
Beat eggs an sugar till fluffy. Add oil and beat well.

Step 2
2 Tbsp cocoa
1 cup water
Two Bar One chocolate
Melt all the above on a stove and set aside.

Step 3
1 ½ cups flour
1 Tbsp maizena
4 tsp baking powder
Mix steps 1,2 & 3. Bake on 180C till done.
Icing for cake
2 bar one chocolates
4 Tbsp milk or fresh cream
Melt chocolate and milk on low heat. Pour over cake when the cake is cool.
