Lasagne sandwich

250 gm of beef or mutton mince
2 tomatoes
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp hot red chilli powder
2tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp white pepper powder 1 tsp lemon and herb and 1 tsp garlic powder
1 small onion
5 cloves crushed garlic

Saute onion in a pan once nice soft add in mince and all ingredients let it cook till it’s done and thick saucy. Once done let it cool. Now on one slice apply butter and spread saucy mince generously top it with chopped capsicum. Cover it with the second layer and apply butter and a generous amount of cream cheese and some grated cheese and olives cover it with the third slice and toast it from both sides till nice crispy and golden.
