Bhinda Curry (28.07.16)



COURTESY KHATIJA EBRAHIM

3 pieces chicken fillet
1 onion chopped finely
1 tsp jeero
5tab oil
1tsp each of salt, dry dhana and arad
2tsp each of green and red masala
About 1kg Bhinda which is fried already
3medium tomatoes

Method: make vagaar with onion jeero and oil, cube fillet in small pieces, braise masala and spices in vagaar then add fillet and cook till water is burnt out, then add chopped tomatoes and cook further and lastly add your fried bhinda and cook for a little while
Optional u can add about ½ cup sour milk to curry .This makes it nice and saucy Enjoy with hot rotis
