2 ½ cups nutty wheat
2 cups All Bran Flakes
½ cup crushed pecan nuts
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp BI soda
1 carton sour milk
1 ¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup oil
3 extra large eggs
Vanilla essence
Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Place in muffin pans. Bake for 20 to 25 min. Makes 24 muffins
