Ingredients
500g klim
250g Dessert Cream
Half tsp freshly ground
Elachi/cardamom
2 cups icing sugar
125g butter
Half cup milk
Method
Add cream to klim and make into breadcrumbs and leave to dry 4 to 6 hours…Best overnight
Add klim mixture to food processor and make breadcrumbs
Melt butter
Add icing sugar and milk
Make a thick syrup…boil about 3 times
Add in elachi powder
Add in klim mixture and cook on low for 3 to 5 minutes. Should be a thick consistency. Pour out into casserole and leave to set overnight
