500g klim
Small tin cream
Rub the cream into the klim and leave it overnight
The next day add
2 tbl ground almonds
2 tbl coconut
1 tbl fresh coconut (optional)
Make a syrup with
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
125 g butter
Elachi and rose water
Summer for 5 min
Add to the milk powder mixture and store overnight
The next day beat the burfee in your stand mixture until light and fluffy.
Pipe or pat into moulds and decorate
