½ kg chicken mince
3 slices bread, brown or white – put in magimix or food processor
1 tblsp green masala
1 tsp Salt
1 onion (grated & squeeze out water)
Green dhana
Mix together and add ¼ cup oil
Butter mixture:
¼ cup soft butter
½ cup grated cheese
Green chutney
Mix together, layer in pyrex and freeze.
Form kebabs and put cube butter mixture in the center, dip in egg and crumbs, put in foil cups, bake till done and serve.
