Ingredients:
4 cups boiling water
1 level tsp Ghas/China grass powder
Half cup sugar
1 cup Firdous Candy Floss syrup
Method:
-Boil water and Ghas powder together, once boiled add sugar and syrup and boil again for a few minutes.
-Pour in serving bowls and leave to set in fridge
-Ghas should be thoroughly boiled to make sure it sets in the fridge
-Decorate with a piece of candyfloss on top before serving or as desired
