Ingredients:
1 kg Grated Carrot
1 ltr Milk
200g Full cream powdered milk
2 cups sugar
2 Tbsp ghee
½ cup fruits and nuts
½ tsp Cardamom powder
Method:
Put milk, grated carrots in a saucepan and bring to boil. Cover over medium heat until all the milk gets dried up. Continue stirring to prevent any sticking or burning. Add sugar, cardamom powder, ¼ cup fruits and nuts and stir for 5-7 minutes. Add ghee and full cream powdered milk. Stir well and fry on a low heat until ghee starts separating. Decorate with remaining fruit and nuts serve hot
