1 kg carrots ( grated)
2 lt milk
½ cup ghee
2 Tbsp sojee
2 Tbsp cut badam and pista
2 Tbsp coconut
2 Tbsp fine badam
1 tin condensed milk
1 tin nestle cream
A handful of sultanas
Method:
First braise the carrots in a little ghee and let the water burn out, add the milk to the carrots and boil on low heat till it becomes fairly dry, secondly braise sojee and sultanas in ghee, when sultanas blow up add the carrot misture to it. Then add the rest of the ingredients and let it simmer on low heat for about 1 hr.,
