Method:
Soften butter and crush biscuits. Blend together and line bottom of Pyrex dish, set aside.
Ingredients;
Filling:
1 tin ideal milk
1 tub cottage cheese, smooth
2 eggs (separated)
1 Tbsp custard powder
1 Tbsp corn flour
¾ cup castor sugar
Method:
Beat egg- whites until stiff. Blend remaining ingredients together until well combined,Thereafter fold in egg whites and pour over biscuit base. Bake at 180 for ½ hour or until set.Cool. Decorate with cream chocolate and cherries.
