1 large onion
1 large tomato
2 cups grated Cheese
2 -3 Tbs Tomato Sauce
1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Pastry
Flour and water paste to seal the pies
Cube onion & tomato. Add cheese and sauces. Add a little of the sauces at a time as the filling must not have too much liquid. Add salt and pepper and mix everything together. Fill pies, seal with flour paste, egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 mins or until golden brown. Enjoy
