Chicken Ala Naazia

This Recipe has a story behind it…Aunty Hajoo taught her daughters and grandaughters  how to cook and  one of her grandaughters Naazia  made this chicken when she was 9 years oldAunty Hajoo named this chicken recipe

 

Chicken Ala Naazia

Naazia is the daughter of  Dentist Hawa Vally

This Recipe is for all the girls who are 9/10 years old., new brides  and for beginners in the Kitchen

 

Ingredients

1 chicken cut and washed

1 tsp salt or to taste

Half tsp turmeric

2 fsp fine red chillies

2 tsp fine dhania

Half tsp white pepper

2 tsp Red ginger garlic masala

2 tomatoes  grated

Few elachi and 2 cinnamon

 

Method

1.Put all the  ingredients in a dish.

2.Mix well..Taste as u go as u can add more spices as u wish

3.Add Chicken pieces and mix well with the masala

4.Now place marinated chicken in a pot with a little oil/ ghee

5 Pour half cup water in a pot

6 Cook till done

7.Sprinkle green dhania over the cooked food

8 Serve with fried  potato wedges,boiled eggs and mix vegetables
