1. Soak overnight and boil until tender
2. Liquidise
500g chicken
1 tsp ginger garlic
2 large garlic
2 large onions
Salt
½ tsp fine chillies
Pinch of tumeric arad
1 tsp dhanya and jeeru mix
½ tsp green chillies
Method:
1. Braise the above for a while.
2. Add boiling water and cook until chicken is tender
3. Run a beater to loosen chicken, and then add the liquidized soup mix and boil on low heat until thick.
4. Make a wagar and pour over haleem.
