Chicken Potjie Kos (25.07.19)

1 chicken cut and washed
30 ml oil or ghee
2 tsp ginger garlic masala
2 green chillis chopped
3 onions sliced
2 cardamom
1 piece cinnamon sticks
1 tin tomato puree

Salt
Saffron
100 g dried apricot
100g flaked almonds

Braise onions and spices in oil/ghee.

Add masala and braise. Add chicken, salt and saffron. Add water and tomato puree and cook until chicken is done. Before serving add apricots and flaked almonds
