½ kg sliced chicken fillet
½ tsp ginger/garlic paste
½ tsp Paprika powder
1tbs Peri Peri sauce
1tsp Chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric
Salt & Pepper
1 small green and red peppers cut in small pieces.
1tbs of finely chopped spring onion.
1tbs Olive oil.
Marinate chicken for 1 hr with above spices then cook until done. Once cool add 2tbs of mayonnaise & 1tbs chilli sauce . Mix well.
Take a wrap add cooked chicken and grated cheese fold both sides and seal end with (water flour paste) like Spring Roll.
Dip in milk.
Roll In breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil until golden.
Enjoy with Salads.
