1 kg chicken fillet cut into big cubes
Marinate in the following:
1 full tsp aromat
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp. red chilli garlic paste
1 tsp crushed red chillis
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Cajun spice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp Kashmiri chillie powder
3 tbsp. Steers Peri Peri sauce
2 tbsp. Tomato sauce
1 tbsp. HP sauce
2 tbsp. Sweet chillie sauce
2 tbsp. Maggi chilli sauce
Quarter cup pineapple juice (optional) I use Liqui fruit pineapple
Marinate chicken cube in the above for 2 to 3 hours. Tread onto onto skewers alternating with pepper and onion cubes. Fry in a grill pan until charred brushing with leftover marinade
