1 big spoon jeeru/cumin powder
2tblsp black pepper
2tblsp white pepper
3 tblsp fine salt
500g mustard powder
250g cinnamon powder
500g fine chillie powder
500g rough chillie powder
1 box shan chicken tikka masala
1 box shan tandoori masala
saffron essence
1kg crushed garlic
yellow red colour
nutmeg powder
1 litre vinegar
1 litre lemon juice
1 litre oil
10 tblsp dhana jeeru powder

Mix all well. this is a large quantity can use for the whole year…can freeze in packets or Tupperware
