10 Min Express Supper:
For the Chicken:
4 chicken fillets
1 tblspn crushed garlic
1tblspn barbecue chicken spice
2 tblspn plain yoghurt
1tblspn lemon juice
Combine all the above to create a marinade for your chicken.
To a pan add in 1 tspn oil and simmer chicken until cooked.
For the filling:
Finely chop/cube Cucumbers, tomatoes, pineapple (optional) ,Lettuce and feta/cheese of choice.
Add chicken & filling to your wrap and roll up tightly. If you’re wanting a crunchy wrap,pop them into a non stick pack and brown on either side.
Serve with chips or wedges (pop them into airfryer while making the wraps) 😀
TIP: To prevent wrap from breaking and making rolling them easier,warm in microwave for 20sec before adding in your filling
