2009-09-29:
½ kg chicken fillet
1 tsp red ginger garlic paste
½ tsp white pepper
6 Tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp salt
¼ cup tomato sauce
1egg beaten
½ cup corn flour
Oil for frying (deep)
Sauce:
¼ cup oil
1 onion (chopped)
1 medium green pepper (chopped)
1 red pepper
1 tsp garlic
¼ cup chilli sauce
4 Tbsp soya sauce
1 ½ cups tomato sauce
½ cup spring onions (chopped)
Mix all the ingredients and marinate chicken over night.
Deep fry in batches in medium to hot oil until, golden brown. Remove from and place on paper towel.
Fry peppers and remove with slotted spoon.
In the same oil fry the onions and garlic until soft.
Stir in sauces and mix well ad salt to taste
Simmer for 6-7 minutes
Lastly add the fried peppers
Garnish with spring onions
Serve with noodles or rice.
