Chinese Chicken Chilies (08.07.2010)


 

1 chicken cut into pieces, clean, wash and drain,

marinate chicken in
1Tbsp soya sauce

1 tsp salt & pepper

¼ cup oil

1 Tbsp each crushed garlic

Ground green chilies

1 green pepper cut into cubes

2 Tbsp soya sauce

1 Tbsp mazina mix with a little water

Celery chopped (optional)

 

Method:

 

Braise garlic, chilies in oil for 2 minutes. Add chicken cook on high heat for 15 minutes. Add chicken cook on high heat for 15 minutes, lower the heat and cook until done throw 2 cups water let in boil then add mazina stir well cook for 5 minutes throw celery and serve immediately.

 

Chinese Rice:

 

¼ cup cabbage grated

½ cup carrot and green pepper

Cut into strip

1 Tbsp soya sauce

1 cup parboil rice

1 Tbsp oil

Salt to taste

 

 

Stir veg into oil on high heat for 2 minutes then mix everything lightly and steam until well done
